Bright apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms overlooking the Sagrada Familia.

The apartment is located a few steps from the famous Sagrada Familia. Enjoy the large balcony terrace to sip a sangria while admiring the basilica.

The living / dining room includes a sofa and a large Smart TV as well as a round table that can accommodate all your guests.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped, large fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.

On the night side, the apartment has three large bedrooms each with a large double bed and storage space (wardrobe plus convenient).

Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before your stay.

It is equipped with air conditioning, heating and a washing machine as well as a fiber Internet connection.

Charges (electricity, water) are included for a maximum of € 150 per month and a complete cleaning of the apartment is carried out every 15 days.

The apartment is CLEANED AND DISINFECTED by a team of professionals before your stay.

-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.

-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine

-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).

-One month refundable security deposit will be due at check in for monthly stay only. If the reservation comes from Airbnb we will only charge 500€ security deposit.

Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€. Late check-out can be possible for 30€ more until 17h00, please check that on arrival with your contact. The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler.
