Located in the heart of the Eixample district, this 70m2 apartment is close to the Ramblas and Passeig de Gracia.
The apartment has a bright living room, where there are two sofas, a Smart TV screen and a table and chairs.
The living room overlooks a fully equipped open kitchen.
There are two double bedrooms connected by an office space. As you can see in the photos, the bedrooms can be completely separated thanks to a system of electric shutters.

Charges (electricity, water) are included for a maximum of € 150€ per month and a complete cleaning of the apartment is carried out every 15 days.
A refundable security deposit equivalent to one month will be required upon arrival for any monthly stay. For reservations made via Airbnb, a €300 deposit will be requested solely to cover any potential excess over the maximum amount of included utility charges.
The apartment is CLEANED AND DISINFECTED by a team of professionals before your stay.

Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 14h00, if available, requires extra 20€.
