Located in a building on the first line of the sea with a concierge, the apartment is on the 4th floor with lift and opens onto the patio, therefore very quiet.
This includes a living room with a semi open kitchen. You will find a large table that can accommodate all your guests, a sofa, armchair and a television screen.
The living room opens directly onto a beautiful terrace equipped with a table and chairs.
The kitchen with all the necessary equipment for cooking (hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.).
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bathtub.
The master bedroom has a large double bed, a large wardrobe and opens directly onto the terrace.
The second has a double bed and the bathroom with shower en suite.
The last a single bed.
The apartment is CLEANED AND DISINFECTED by a team of professionals before your stay.
It is equipped with air conditioning in the living room as well as a washing machine and a WiFi fiber connection.

-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.
Check-in regular time between 16h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 16h00, if available, requires extra 20€.
