In the heart of Barcelona, you are 2 minutes from Arc de Triomf, 10 minutes from the sea and a few meters from many typical restaurants and bars, one of the most pleasant areas of Barcelona. Arc de Triomf metro station is 100m away.
The apartment comprises a living room with its open and well-equipped kitchen, all appliances are modern and easy to use.
The master bedroom has a very comfortable large double bed and a large wardrobe.
The second bedroom is upstairs and has a sofa bed, it opens onto the large private terrace, it is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
The terrace is fully equipped, table, barbecue.
Refresh yourself in the bathroom, which has a large shower.
It has a washing machine and a wifi connection by fiber.
Please note that access to the first floor is via a narrow staircase as you can see in the photos.
Charges (electricity, water) are included for a maximum of € 100 per month and a complete cleaning of the apartment is carried out every 15 days.
The apartment is CLEANED AND DISINFECTED by a team of professionals before your stay.
Private parking space available 1.5km away for € 100 per month.

-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-One month refundable security deposit will be due at check in for monthly stay only. If the reservation comes from Airbnb we will only charge 500€ security deposit
Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 14h00, if available, requires extra 20€.
