The apartment is on the second floor of a building with elevator. Nice point you will love, a small terrace to enjoy the summer nights or have a coffee while reading a book.

The practical kitchen offers all necessary appliances for your vacation, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and right aside, the washer and dryer.

-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine
-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros.
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.
Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€.
