Apartment composed of three double bedrooms.
Located on the famous Avenida Gaudi between the Sagrada Familia and the Hospital Sant Pau. Two minutes from the Sant Pau / Dos de Maig metro station.
The living room includes a sofa bed, a Smart TV (Netflix). At the entrance of the apartment you will find a dining table for 4 people.
The fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, ...).
There are three double bedrooms and a bathroom with a separate toilet. One of the bedrooms opens onto a balcony with a small table, ideal for having a coffee.
It is equipped with gas heating as well as a washing machine and a WiFi fiber connection.
Charges (electricity, water and gas) are included for a maximum of € 120 per month and a complete cleaning of the apartment is carried out every 15 days.
The apartment is CLEANED AND DISINFECTED by a team of professionals before your stay.

-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-One month refundable security deposit will be due at check in for monthly stay only. If the reservation comes from Airbnb we will only charge 500€ security deposit
Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 14h00, if available, requires extra 20€.
