Charming apartment for 4 people with community pool. Located in the Forum district and just in front of a beautiful beach.
To get around you can use the El Maresme / Forum metro which is a 5-minute walk from the apartment or the Port Forum tram which is at the bottom of the building.
The apartment located on the 7th floor, consists of a large bright living room thanks to the large bay windows. There is an exit to two balconies, one of which is equipped with armchairs.
The living room has two sofas and a large television screen. A table that can accommodate 4 guests.
The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and modern. You will find everything you need to prepare your meals.
The apartment has two bedrooms. A large one with a Queen size bed and its own full bathroom with shower.
A second bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom with bathtub.
At the bottom of the residence you will have access to a large swimming pool.
-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED.
-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit.
-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine.
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros.
-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.
Check-in between 14:00 and 20:00, after 20:00 you will have an extra charge of 30€ for a late arrival, after 00:00 € 50, after 01:00 € in the morning, 10€ more per extra hour. Admission on a Sunday or a public holiday carries a surcharge of € 30. Check-in before 14:00 (subject to availability) is charged € 20.
Barcelona tourist tax is not included and you will be charged on arrival: 1€ per night per person.
