Large duplex apartment with capacity for 7 people.

Ideally located a few minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia but also from Avenida Gaudi where you will find many restaurants.

The apartment is composed of a living room directly overlooking an interior patio. Living room equipped with a double sofa bed, some beanbags and a large screen Smart TV (Netflix, Internet).
A big glass table will allow you to share your meals with your guests.

The kitchen, semi open on the living room is fully equipped (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, ...).

Always on the ground floor, a first bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom. Equipped with a TV and a dressing room allowing you to unpack and so feel at home.

Upstairs a mezzanine with large dressing room leads to a second bedroom with three single beds. Finally another bathroom with shower and toilet.

The apartment is equipped with a Wifi connection and is totally air-conditioned.

You will be able to move throughout Barcelona thanks to the Sagrada Familia and Monumental metro stations being less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit

-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine

-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).

-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros

-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.

Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€.

The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler.

Barcelona city tax not included: 6,25€ per night per person.
