Welcome to a spacious duplex for 8 guests near the iconic Sagrada Familia.

This bright two-level apartment offers the perfect balance of comfort and location. Just a few minutes' walk from the Sagrada Familia and the charming Avinguda Gaudí, where you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and shops.

On the ground floor, you’ll enter a cozy living area with a fully equipped kitchen—ideal for preparing your favorite meals. The dining space features a large glass table, perfect for gathering with friends or family.

The living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed, an armchair, poufs, and a large Smart TV with Netflix and internet access. From here, you can step out to a small private patio with a cozy outdoor area.

Also on this level, you’ll find the first bedroom with a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Upstairs, there’s a snug alcove with a trundle bed for two, and a second bedroom with a double bed. A second full bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor.

The entire apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning to ensure your comfort.

Thanks to the nearby Sagrada Familia and Monumental metro stations—less than a 5-minute walk away—you’ll have easy access to explore all of Barcelona.

Apartment rules:

• Groups under 25 years old are not allowed.

• Please respect the neighborhood’s peace and quiet. Authorities may retain part or all of the deposit in case of disturbances.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A fine between €50 and €250 may apply.

• Pets under 10 kg are welcome upon prior request, with an extra fee of €20.

• The apartment is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector, which measures decibel levels without recording conversations. Disabling the device or exceeding the noise limit may result in a fine of €50 to €250.

• Bath towels provided in the apartment may not be used at the beach. Failure to comply will result in a €12 charge per towel.

Check-in and fees:

• Regular check-in: between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM

• Late arrivals:

  • 8:00 PM to midnight: €30

  • After midnight: €50

  • From 1:00 AM onwards: €10 extra per additional hour

• Check-in on Sundays and public holidays: €30

In compliance with local regulations, we are required to verify your passport or ID at the time of check-in.

Barcelona tourist tax:not included in the price. It costs €6.25 per person per night.
