CONDITIONS
-Minimum age for reservations is 25 years old
-We ask you to respect the tranquility of our neighbors; the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit
-Please note that there is a flight of stairs to reach the two-person Lift from the Main Entrance door
-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, and subject to a fine of 50 to 250 Euros
-Normal check-in time is from 14h00 to 20h00
-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.
After 20h00 there is a 30€ supplement for a late check in, after midnight 50€, after 01h00 it is 10€ more per additional hour. Supplements for Sunday and Bank Holiday check-in is 30€. Early check-in before 14h00, as available, is an extra 20€.
