Superb monthly apartment with two double bedrooms!
Located in the heart of the Born district, the apartment has a bright living room, where there is a sofa as well as a table and chairs.
The living room opens onto an open kitchen, with a table and chairs.
The two bedrooms are equipped with large double beds and dressing rooms with plenty of storage.
You will find a bathroom with a shower.
Charges (electricity, water) are included for a maximum of €150 per month and a complete cleaning of the apartment is carried out every 15 days.
The apartment is CLEANED AND DISINFECTED by a team of professionals before your stay.
-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-One month refundable security deposit will be due at check in for monthly stay only. If the reservation comes from Airbnb we will only charge 500€ security deposit
Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 14h00, if available, requires extra 20€.
