Light monthly apartment with two bedrooms!

Located in the heart of the Eixample district, this 80m2 apartment is close to the Sagrada Familia. It has excellent public transport ways and is close to the Joanic or Verdaguer metro stations.

The apartment has a light living room with a sofa and there is a table with chairs.

The living room opens to an open kitchen with a small table and chairs and a balcony terrace.

The first bedroom has a double bed with a small dresser. The second bedroom has a double bed with a wardrobe.

The apartment also has a dressing room with plenty of storage space.

There is a bathroom with a shower.


Charges (electricity, water) are included for a maximum of € 120 per month and a complete cleaning of the apartment is carried out every 15 days.


The apartment is CLEANED AND DISINFECTED by a team of professionals before your stay.


-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.

-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine

-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).

-One month refundable security deposit will be due at check in for monthly stay only. If the reservation comes from Airbnb we will only charge 500€ security deposit


Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 14h00, if available, requires extra 20€.
